Established in the summer of 1946 as a one-man operation, Folliard & Hall, Inc. has grown to be the premier insurance agency in Urbanna and Tidewater,Va. From our modest offices near the banks of the Rappahannock River and Urbanna Creek, we serve the entire state of Virginia. We have now expanded with a recently established retail office located in Newport News, VA and a sales office located in Elizabeth City, NC. Folliard & Hall, Inc. is currently owned and operated by 33-year insurance professional Gene Folliard.
