Eugene M. Folliard, Jr., President and second generation owner with over 33 years experience.  Constantly upgrading with continuing education courses from the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia.


Customer Support

Martin Folliard, a licensed Property & Casualty agent who received his BS from Virginia Tech in 2007.  He is responsible for generating both new personal and commercial business and is capable of handling most any request.

T.J. Folliard, T.J. joined our firm 8 years ago at Christmas and pretty much is in charge of public relations.  Shortly after joining us, he did take a specialized obedience course.  His preferred work station is in the front door, but he moves inside during hot or cold weather.  While he is at the office most of the day, his territory includes the entire town where he checks on households and businesses.  Unofficially, he is known as "The Mayor."  He is fully licensed with the authorities and knows the officials personally.  You can be assured that when you come to the office, you will be greeted with a powerful, wagging whip tail of a handsome black lab.

Newport News, VA

Angie Brockman has worked for two multi-line agencies before coming to Folliard & Hall, Inc. last year.  She is the manager of the Newport News office which trades as Insurance Solutions.  She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent handling all personal lines, flood, and commercial lines.
